Ontario Christian Athletics is excited to announce the hiring of Chloe Tadolini as the next Varsity Head Coach of the Lady Knights soccer program.

Tadolini joins Ontario Christian with a passion for developing student-athletes both on and off the field. A former NCAA Division I student-athlete at the University of Toledo, she understands the commitment, discipline, and character required to compete at the highest level while excelling in the classroom. Her experiences as both a player and coach have prepared her to lead a program centered on faith, excellence, and meaningful relationships.

A strong Christian leader, Tadolini is committed to leading with faith, humility, and integrity. She believes soccer provides an opportunity to develop and disciple young women, teaching them to honor Christ through their effort, relationships, and character. Her vision is to build a Christ-centered culture where student-athletes grow spiritually, pursue excellence in competition, and use their God-given gifts to positively impact those around them.

When asked about taking over the Ontario Christian Soccer Program Tadolini said, 

“I couldn’t be more excited to join the Ontario Christian family. The foundation of this program has already been built through years of hard work and success, and I look forward to building on that legacy. My goal is to continue growing the girls soccer program by fostering a culture of faith, excellence, and unity that attracts and develops outstanding young women. I want to build a program that continues to compete at the highest level while preparing our student-athletes for success in life beyond soccer. I’m honored for the opportunity and can’t wait to get started and see what we can accomplish together.” 

During her collegiate career, Tadolini earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology while balancing the demands of Division I athletics. Competing at one of the nation’s highest levels helped shape her leadership, communication, resilience, and teamwork, qualities that now serve as the foundation of her coaching philosophy.

Following graduation, Tadolini remained with the University of Toledo women’s soccer program as an assistant coach. In that role, she assisted with training sessions, player development, recruiting support, and daily team operations while investing in the growth of student-athletes both on and off the field. Her coaching philosophy emphasizes building confidence, fostering leadership, and creating an environment where every player is challenged to become the best version of herself.

Before her collegiate career, Tadolini was a four-year varsity standout at Upland High School. Her familiarity with the Inland Empire soccer community and the competitive landscape of Southern California provides valuable insight as she begins leading the Lady Knights and building relationships throughout the region.
