The 2025-26 Ontario Christian Boys Soccer team delivered one of the greatest seasons in program history.

From winning the Ontario Christian Christmas Classic for the first time since 1998, to ending a six-year CIF playoff win drought, advancing to the CIF Southern Section Championship, earning the program’s first-ever CIF State Tournament berth, and recording the first CIF State playoff victory in school history, this team consistently rose to every challenge. The Knights finished with 23 wins, 81 goals scored, 15 shutouts, and a legacy that will be remembered for years to come. More than the records and accomplishments, this team was defined by its faith, resilience, and commitment to one another. Through overtime victories, penalty kick drama, championship heartbreak, and historic triumphs, the Knights continued to trust God’s plan and compete for something greater than themselves.

The Ontario Christian Varsity Cheer team brought the energy, spirit, and enthusiasm that made every game day special. But their impact went far beyond the sidelines. From volunteering at the Knights Cookout and welcoming new students during orientation to organizing the Gold Out game in support of children battling cancer, these young women exemplified servant leadership in every way.
Their names may not appear in a box score, but their impact is felt throughout our entire community. Thank you Lady Knights for your support!

A CHAMPIONSHIP RESPONSE

Championship seasons aren’t defined by how they begin, they’re defined by how teams respond when adversity arrives. After opening the 2025 season with a 2-7 record and suffering their first Ambassador League loss since 2017, the Ontario Christian Lady Knights faced a crossroads. Instead of folding, they rallied together. The Lady Knights responded with seven consecutive league victories to capture their seventh straight Ambassador League Championship before embarking on an unforgettable CIF Southern Section Division 5 playoff run. The road to a CIF title included victories over Warren, Downey, Culver City, and Santa Barbara before Ontario Christian defeated Chadwick 3-1 at Cerritos College to claim the CIF Southern Section Division 5 Championship. Led by CIF Southern Section Coach of the Year Paige Liebhart, the Lady Knights proved that resilience, faith, and belief in one another can overcome any obstacle.

The 2025 Ontario Christian Football team demonstrated what it means to compete with purpose. Through every practice, workout, team meeting, and Friday night under the lights, the Knights built relationships that extended far beyond the game itself. Football develops leadership, discipline, sacrifice, and trust, and this year’s team embraced those values daily. The strength of the program was found in the brotherhood built within the locker room, where teammates encouraged one another, celebrated together, and remained committed to a common purpose. The Knights represented Ontario Christian with pride, perseverance, and character, pursuing excellence both on and off the field. The lessons learned and bonds formed this season will continue to impact these young men long after their playing days are over.

In his first season at the helm, Coach Mike Hinkle guided Ontario Christian Girls Tennis to an Ambassador League Championship, finishing 13-7 overall and 7-1 in league play. The title marked the program’s first league championship since the fall of 2022 and highlighted a season built on grit, hard work, and an unwavering commitment to one another.

The Lady Knights advanced to the second round of the CIF Southern Section playoffs and earned numerous postseason honors. Ontario Christian placed six athletes on the First Team All-League squad, earned Doubles Team of the Year honors with Paulina Beckett and Danica Peters, and saw first-year head coach Mike Hinkle named Ambassador League Coach of the Year.

This team restored Ontario Christian Tennis to the top of the league and set a strong foundation for the future.

Year two of Ontario Christian Girls Flag Football was all about growth, grit, and building for the future.
The Knights captured the Battle for the Nest Tournament Championship and competed with relentless effort throughout the season. Hannah Fromm earned First Team All-League honors, while Brooke Mackenzie and Jaedyn Smith were named Second Team All-League.
