Girls Volleyball advances to CIF 2nd Round
The Ontario Christian Girls Varsity Volleyball team has advanced to the 2nd round of the CIF Playoffs. The Knights, who were ranked #8 in the CIF Division VII final poll, traveled to play Northview HS on Tuesday, November 1 @ 7:00 pm. Northview finished on top of the Valle Vista League with a 11-1 record and were 21-8 overall. The Knights came away with a 3-0 victory, as they dominated the match from the start (25-10, 25-10, 25-19). Next up for the Knights is Nipomo HS at 6:00 pm on Thursday, November 3 at home. Nipomo comes in with a 18-7 overall record while finishing 3rd in the Los Padres League. Nipomo advanced by defeating Nogales HS in three straight sets (25-23, 27-25, 25-20). Lets pack the gym and support our Lady Knights Volleyball Team!
