Men’s Basketball League Sign Ups Open Through July 31
Ontario Christian Men’s Basketball League FAQ
When?
A: Monday and Saturday nights anywhere between 6-10 p.m. We hope to start around the
middle of August. The season will end in late November most likely. Let Jon Schaap know via email if you
are interested by the designated deadlines.
Where?
A: Ontario Christian High School Gym (931 W. Philadelphia
Ontario, CA 91710) (near Mountain Ave. and 60 Freeway)
Who?
A: Any male, high school age and up! (In the past the league has been restricted to alumni and
people affiliated with the school, but now it’s open to anyone. Please note that this is a Christian
league, and you may be asked to start each game with a word of prayer).
How Much Does It Cost Per Team?
A: ~$550. (Your team will play ~10 games plus playoffs if your team qualifies—this includes a discount of
~$300 for the next season for the champions—champions of each division only have to pay ref fees for
the following season. These prices are all approximations and will be determined on the amount of teams
that are enrolled and various other expenses. This league provides great competition for a very
reasonable price—this may be one of the most inexpensive/competitive leagues in the area).
When’s The Team Sign-up Deadline?
A: July 31, 2022. (This means you are registering a full team—you will be the team captain/contact
person. You cannot register as an individual hoping to play on an existing team).
