Ontario Christian Football Summer Information

Summer Weightlifting

Team lifts will take place throughout the month of May at 3:00 PM after school. Attendance will be tracked daily and these sessions will count toward the required summer lift total.

Please note:

  • Independent workouts completed on your own do not count as team lifts.
  • Players enrolled in the school weightlifting class will receive additional information regarding attendance tracking for those sessions.

Summer Lift Requirement

Players are expected to complete a minimum of 25 team lifts throughout the summer. These lifts are an important part of our offseason program and are designed to help athletes improve strength, conditioning, injury prevention, and overall team accountability.

Team lifts completed during:

  • After-school May workouts
  • Summer lifting sessions

will count toward the required total.

Attendance will be monitored throughout the summer.
