OC Girls Tennis Has New Head Coach

Ontario Christian is excited to introduce Dave Vidaurri as its Head Girls Varsity Tennis Coach for the 2017-18 season.  He is poised to take over a program that is in great shape due to the excellent leadership of former coach, Megan Zuidema.  Coach Vidauuri is excited to continue the traditions and principles that have come to shape the program.

Coach Vidaurri started with tennis as a recreational player in 1982, and became a big fan and student of the game.  He began coaching his daughter, Ashley (an OC tennis Alum 14′) in 2007, when she was 12.  Through this he found a great love for not only teaching the game but for ministering to youth through tennis. He also provides privates lessons to mostly high school age teenagers.  Coach Vidaurri is not new to the tennis program as he has been an assistant coach for the Ontario Christian HS girls tennis team for the 2015 and 2016 seasons.

Coach Vidaurri is married to wife Carolyn with one daughter (Ashley), who currently is a junior at Cal Baptist University in Riverside.  He has lived in Chino Hills for 25 years and currently attends Calvary Chapel Golden Springs in Diamond Bar.
